  • YES! Shipping is included in the price! Due to circumstances such as embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you if we are unable to ship to your region. We will always try our best to ship worldwide however.

  • We do not charge duties or taxes for international orders; however, these will need to be paid by the customer upon import. International collectors are responsible for all fees, duties, customs, taxes, and charges that may apply after purchasing the artwork.

    Please note that customs has a limited timeframe to process shipments. If your order is not collected promptly, the artwork may either be returned to us or become property of the government. If returned, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the artwork to you.

    DHL will contact you to complete a Power of Attorney form to use them as your broker. Once cleared, DHL will have Package released and delivered to destination address.

  • WICHERS Fine Art Limited Editions and Open Editions are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the package was deemed as broken in transit by the shipping company and there is photo proof within 7 days of delivery.

  • All works are custom orders. Production of the purchased work(s) begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time. In light of the substantial production costs incurred once production has begun, any request to cancel an order or otherwise modify the produced image (e.g., increasing or reducing size, changing image, etc.) will be eligible to a 50% restocking fee.  Due to our shipping and production timeline, produced & shipped work(s) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Yes, you can absolutely purchase WICHERS Fine Art globally. In fact, I am Canadian, but I use USD because I have lots of American clients and friends and it is a very globally recognized currency. Prices are listed in US but will be converted to your local currency that you used after checkout.
