Quinn has spent the last decade mastering his vision for each artwork. A self taught landscape photographer who began his pursuit of capturing the worlds beauty using just his phone at the time. He quickly realized that it was not the gear that made the photo, but rather how the photo made you feel. He has since upgraded his gear, as well as his technique and ability to evoke an emotion that connects the viewer to the image and tells a story.
Quinn’s Photography journey started in Erie, Pennsylvania while attending university and playing ice hockey. One of his teammates introduced him to camera’s and showed all the amazing things that you can do with them. After taking a few photos on his phone and receiving some praise for them, he quickly realized just how rewarding photography can be. From there he invested in some proper gear and he’s never looked back since.
Quinn is also a professional ice hockey player and because of this profession he has been able to travel the world. He has now lived in Canada, USA, the UK and Japan as well as travelled through other parts of Europe and Asia, always making sure to stop at some amazing locations along the way.
Each new destination brings its own set of challenges, but to Quinn, this is where he finds the enjoyment in this art. He strives to create a masterpiece every time he hits the shutter, aiming to capture the essence of the scene. From waterfalls, mountain ranges, beaches and luscious forests, you will always find Quinn planning for his next photography trip.
